Information may also necessarily be processed or stored by service providers used to operate the Site or audition form. Audition submissions are delivered through Formspree, which emails them to the production team and may store them in the Formspree dashboard for review.
We do not authorize members of the production team to use audition information for unrelated purposes.
Applicants may have the option to provide links to photographs, acting reels, social media profiles, or other examples of their work.
These materials will be reviewed only for purposes related to evaluating the applicant for the production.
Submitting audition materials does not grant the production permission to publicly publish, distribute, or use an applicant's photograph, likeness, audition recording, or other submitted material as part of the finished music video or promotional materials. Any permissions necessary for an applicant who is ultimately selected to appear in the production will be addressed separately.
Audition information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to conduct casting and organize this production.
Information concerning applicants who are not selected will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed for the casting process.
Information concerning applicants who are selected may need to be retained for a longer period for legitimate production, communication, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
We will take reasonable steps to limit access to audition information to the individuals who need it for casting or production purposes.
